Considering buying real estate in Belize? Orchid Bay’s Buyer’s Tour offers the perfect opportunity to experience Belize while gaining valuable insight to aid in your buying decision process. Come experience the beauty of Belize and Orchid Bay firsthand. A reservation fee totaling 1% of a selected property will be required to attend our Orchid Bay Buyers’ Tour. This fee reserves a property for you only to purchase if you choose. The 1% reservation fee is fully transferable and refundable if no purchase is made. Monies will be returned to you via check payment sent within one week of the end date of the tour you attended.

Day 1

A property specialist will be waiting at the airport upon your arrival in Belize City. Together, along with Orchid Bay staff and other tour attendees, you will travel to Belize’s largest island and top tourist destination, Ambergris Caye, for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the reef. The group will meet for breakfast before enjoying the beauty of the island. Later in the afternoon, we will travel to Orchid Bay. Get settled into your accommodations and relax before the welcome dinner and social night.

Day 3

The day begins with a breakfast buffet at Tradewinds Restaurant. After breakfast, you will receive a presentation on the history and future of Orchid Bay, get a complete tour of the community, and see where your future home will be located. The rest of the afternoon is yours to enjoy.

Day 4

The Buyer’s Tour has come to an end. Breakfast will be provided before the group departs to Belize City airport. Depending on your travel schedule, you can choose to extend your stay (additional charges will apply) and enjoy the amenities at Orchid Bay.
